Description

YS FZ110 SPORT 4 CYCLE GLOW ENGINE
I have removed and replaced front bearing, rear bearing, diaphragm for fuel regulator, all gasket, cylinder sleeve, piston, and piston ring.
Performed engine run test, idling, medium, and high rpm, all steady  at certain range(
RPM: 1500 - 9500).
It is better and brand new engine.
I have taken really caring about that.
Description:
The FZ110 Sport engine is the direct bolt in replacement for the older YS 91AC, FZ91 series of engines. It has the same external dimensions as the 91's and 110's. Thanks to the YS Supercharging system, it produces more power than any other manufacturer's 120 size engines but is much lighter and more compact. The Supercharging system in conjunction with the Air Chamber on the rear of the cylinder and the double throttle valve carburetor allows a larger charge of fuel and air mixture to enter the intake valve for more power. The Fuel Injection System along with the pressurized fuel system gives superior throttle response and makes the engine unaffected by tank position / location or attitude of the model.
The FZ110 is great for planes that where originally designed for .60 size 2 cycle glow engines but with a significant boost in power!
