Vintage Lafayette 10" Log Log Dupli Trig Slide Rule F-341 + Sheath/Original Box

This auction features a vintage ... probably 1960's ... Lafayette 10" Log Log Dupli Trig Slide Rule ... F-341.  This engineering slide rule comes housed in its original brown leather sheath and its original Lafayette box.  The sheath is also marked Lafayette & F-341. The slide rule was made in Japan.

The slide rule looks good and has a smooth sliding mechanism.  It has 21 scales including 5 log log scales.  It is made of specially selected, laminated non-hygroscopic bamboo.
Stamped in red lettering on one side of the slide rule is: John S. Caldwell, 606 Eli Ave., Dallas, Texas.
The brown leather sheath has a loop on the back so it can be worn easily on a belt ... it also has a metal hook on the back so it can be hooked to a belt loop with a fastener.  The sheath shows a few nicks or scuffs in the leather .. see my last picture ... nothing major.
The original Lafayette box shows some wear with edge nicks/bumps/scrubs ... nothing major.
