This is a WHITE with WHITE lace blouse made by Frontier Classics. I also have ivory in my eBay store.
It has a stand up collar that stands up just enough to look great, but not enough to be uncomfortable!
The sleeves are gathered and puffy at the top and the end of them is gathered into a cuff with 4 working buttons.
The blouse has working  buttons down the front and is trimmed with lace on the front of the blouse, and at the cuffs.
