Unique Smocked Dress to Complete-Laura Ashley Fabric!

Up for bids is a project I started for my daughter; then began teaching school, and ran out of time!  The pattern is from Sew Beautiful Magazine, 1991, "Tessa's Dress".  I cut it to a size 10, and the smocking part is done-it just needs to be assembled.  All pattern pieces are there, and extra fabric as well.  I cut the skirt pieces really long, so there would be extra fabric there, as well.  The fabric is Laura Ashley, which I had purchased on a trip to London.  Please refer to pictures for additional information.  All have been stored in my smoke-free home over the years.  I'm cleaning out my sewing room, and listing other items today, as well, many unique and special, as this one!  I'm happy to combine shipping; please wait for invoice from me if bidding on more than one item-it's very difficult to adjust once payment has been made.  Happy Bidding on this sweet dress project-  I'm offering it for less than the cost of the fabric-I just hope that it finds a good home!
