Die stock with handles and five sizes of guides to cut external threads on 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16" and 1/2" round bar stock. This simple exterior threading alignment tool is a die starter for your round bar stock.
Benefits:

- Squarely guides YOUR 1.5" round die onto the rod you are cutting new exterior threads on. This eliminates any chance of crooked threading so you thread with ease the first time. It is recommended that you place your round stock in a vice for easier threading.
- 5/8" diameter x 7" long steel handles provide plenty of torque to make exterior threading a breeze. Handles are threaded and can be easily and quickly removed for storage, if desired.
- Includes red 3D printed guide organizer for your tool drawer.

NOTE: Die and round bar stock NOT included. Holds your 1.5" round dies; this tool works with five sizes of round bar stock. If you need a different size or a guide for metric dies, please send a message to seller.
This high quality machined tool is made from carbon steel and aluminum. Flush inset set screws securely hold your round die in place. Set screws require an
Allen
wrench, not included.
It is always good practice to use a threading fluid or oil while cutting threads.
