Here is a very rare Sun Hemmi electronics / electrical engineer pocket slide rule with case and instructions (in Japanese). The writing printed on it translated to "Chiyoda Gakuen."
The slide rule is made of plastic and measures approximately 6 3/4 inches long by 1 1/2 inches wide.
The sliderule is in good condition, showing normal signs of age and use. There is some yellowing, dirt, and a few letters/characters scratched into the blank area next to the scales of the slide rule. The case has writing in ink on it. The manual shows yellowing, creases, and bumps, as well as some added writing. (Please see all of the pictures and scans. The 7th and 8th pictures are scans.)
