This card was purchased in London, England by my friend, Lotje. She scours all the great cities of Europe for unusual and beautiful vintage and antique postcards.
This postcard was shipped from The Netherlands to the USA by Lotje.
On the front of this delightful postcard is an art portrait of a delightful Dandie Dinmont Terrier.  Near the bottom is the famous Maud Watson artist's signature.    Every time you look at this dog you will smile!
On the back is no handwriting.   This postcard was never mailed.  It was made in England by Raphael Tuck & Sons and this was a Tuck's Oilette postcard.
Measurements are approximately: 3.5" x 5.5" so this is a standard size postcard.   Aside from some signs of surface wear (mostly around the perimeter), this postcard is is still easy to see and appreciate!
