What to expect:
The Schluter Kerdi rolls are 3' 3-1/2" wide (39-1/2" wide) and will be cut to accommodate your selected square footage.
The Kerdi is cut from brand new roll stock and will be shipped in an
extremely
heavy rigid cardboard tube or corrugated box
to protect
it during shipping.  Your Kerdi will
not
be shipped in a flimsy bag and it will
not
be folded.  This costs us a little more in packaging and shipping but it will make your Kerdi installation be what it should be... problem free.  If you buy from us, you won't have to deal with patching damaged Kerdi or trying to smooth out creases in the Kerdi!
Tracking information will be uploaded so you can see exactly what has happened with your order and where it currently is during the shipping process.

Function:
Schluter-KERDI is a bonded waterproof membrane with limited crack-bridging capabilities. It is made of soft polyethylene, which is covered on both sides with a special fleece webbing to anchor the membrane in the thin-set mortar.
Schluter-KERDI was developed as a waterproofing membrane to be used in conjunction with ceramic and stone tile coverings. Tiles can be installed directly on Schluter-KERDI using the thin-bed method. Other trowel-applied covering materials, such as plaster, can also be used.
Material:
Schluter-KERDI is a polyethylene waterproofing membrane with a very high steam-diffusion density. The material is physiologically safe. Schluter-KERDI requires no special disposal.
Schluter-KERDI is waterproof and resistant to most chemicals commonly encountered in tiled environments. It is resistant to aging and will not rot. Schluter-KERDI is highly resistant to saline solutions, acid and alkaline solutions, many organic solvents, alcohols, and oils. Information regarding its resistance to specific substances can be provided if concentration, temperature, and duration of exposure are known. For acid-resistant coverings, use an epoxy adhesive to set and grout the tile.
Schluter-KERDI is suitable for wall and floor surfaces where protection against the penetration of moisture or other harmful substances is necessary. Surfaces include showers, tub surrounds, and areas surrounding swimming pools. Industrial applications include the food industry, breweries, and dairies. Before placing the Schluter-KERDI, verify that the substrate is clean, even, load bearing, and free from moisture. Surfaces that inhibit proper adhesion must be removed or appropriately treated.

All orders are shipped via USPS.  To help minimize waste and keep your costs low, large square foot orders of the Kerdi may be shipped in two pieces. If this occurs you will most likely get more square footage than what was ordered due to the roll sizes that are being combined. If you have any special need, the advanced expedited shipping options are there for your convenience.
Returns/Refunds:
To help keep our customers' costs as low as possible, all approved returns will be credited the original amount paid less the original, actual shipping costs and PayPal fees incurred to sell & ship the material to the customer.  As you may know, PayPal does not credit their selling fees back to sellers when returns are made therefore we cannot refund those fees.  Please feel free to message us through eBay with any question regarding potential returns and refunds.
