    Description

    SALAMI seasoning is a
    traditional seasoning that we have used for years because we can use it for cooked and dry sausage and snack sticks. I make as a simple salami in 50mm collagen casings and also make it with
    jalapeno
    and cheese for variety. I often make mu dry sausage in the cloth casings just because it looks old fashioned. I us 17 and 21mm snack stick casings for the sticks.
    The seasoning package contains the seasoning as well as the cure. The package seasons 10 pound of meat.
