Pork Sausage Seasoning - Blend 07 - 8 oz. - A. C. Legg, Inc. - EL-07

Description

This is a mild pork sausage seasoning that contains red pepper, sage and black pepper.  Each 8 oz bag correctly seasons 25 lbs of meat.

Blend of Salt, Sugar and Spices
MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE:
25.0 Lbs. Boneless Pork (30-35% Fat)
1 Bag #07 Pork Sausage Seasoning
1. Coarse grind meat through a ½ inch plate.
2. Transfer to mixer, add seasoning and mix for 2 minutes.
3. Regrind through a 3/16 inch, 5/32 inch, 1/8 inch plate.
4. Package in bulk or stuff into casings.
Shipping:
We will combine for shipping.  Use the shipping calculator that is available on every auction.  We typically ship orders by the next day.
International Buyers:
You are responsible for paying all import duty, tax and fees which may be collected by your country when the parcel is delivered.  If the postal service of your country charges an additional collection fee if you are not at home to receive the parcel, you are also responsible for that.  To avoid any misunderstandings, we declare the exact purchase price as the value of the goods when completing the customs declaration.  We will neither check the "gift" box nor under declare the value.
International First Class:
We do NOT ship International First Class as there is no delivery confirmation or insurance available.  Priority or Express are the only options.  Sorry but we have had too many international losses.

Returns:
Item must be returned in the same condition as you received it with all packaging and tags included.  Return shipping is buyers responsibility.
