    The certificate is dated
    March 21
    , 1916. The company was incorporated in Delaware in 1914.
    The company may have operated in Pennsylvania since its President John S Lyons was from Wilkes Barre and had a half interest in an automobile patent that he transferred in 1913 to George T Brown, also of Wilkes Barre. Brown signed the certificate as Secretary.  In 1914 the pair also formed the International Wire Tire Company.
