Old Chicago Brick is exactly that: reclaimed bricks from old demolished Chicago-area buildings.
During the Midwest industrial boom of the 1800's-1900's, many buildings were built using bricks made from clay of the Great Lakes. Over time the bricks of these buildings weathered naturally to produce a fine, weathered appearance. Today as these buildings are torn down to make room for new construction, these bricks are collected by hand and used in many new construction projects to give a classic, rustic appearance.

A sample serves only as to indicate in a general way the color, marking and texture usually found in a variety of species. No two installations will ever be identical because of the product's characteristics and unique appearance. We assume no responsibility for any faulty installation of our products. We extend no guarantees, expressed or implied as to slipperiness, wear-resistance, maintenance procedure or any other concepts. Due to the products’ nature, they are sold: “AS IS”, NO WARRANTY on color, durability, breakages, size, hardness, finish, or any other concept. Subject to natural color variation - Sample may differ from actual product -The purchaser understands that he has the entire responsibility for any damage caused to the sold items, things and/or persons, originated on the handling, shipping, installation  and/or use  of the products. GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: Please arrange to inspect the parcel on delivery. Check the contents for signs of damage. If you notice damage please bring it to the attention of the courier and do not sign for the parcel unless the damage is acknowledged and recorded. When you have signed for the product you have effectively accepted it, and we cannot subsequently claim compensation from the courier on your behalf. PACKAGING NOT INCLUDED.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In case of breach of this contract before pick up, La Pedrera will be entitled
to recover lost profits for at least 25% plus incidental damages. Customer will be granted store credit for the remaining balance.

The parties to this contract agree that the choice of venue is
exclusively

FL
Courthouse, that the Choice of law is
exclusively
Florida
law, and that the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and court-related costs.
