    All buyers please take note.  Guaranteed and estimated delivery dates are generated by eBay, not us, and are based on normal delivery times posted by USPS.  We ship your item within 24 hours, but due to the current crisis (eBay will not allow us to mention the name of which), shipping services including Fed Ex, UPS, DHL and especially the United States Postal Service have been extremely crippled.  The USPS relies heavily on the use of commercial airline flights to move mail across the country, and as we all know, flights have been cut back drastically.  This fact coupled with many employees not reporting to work, has slowed delivery to many areas of the country.  Please keep this in mind when considering opening a case for non-delivery, or registering a complaint that your package has missed it's guaranteed/estimated delivery date.  Ebay will not change it's computerized delivery date generator, but we as fellow citizens can exercise common sense and realize that we are all affected by this pandemic, and work together to keep E-commerce moving.
