Natural Lamb Casings

18-20 mm filled diameter.
*Requires a slim 3/8" (10mm) OD tube.
GREAT  QUALITY.  One full hank of natural lamb casings.  Tender bite.  Permeable for smoking.  Strong for grilling.  The preferred casings for hot dog, snack sticks, slim jims and breakfast sausages.  Very slim 18-20mm filled diameter casings.
Sellers note:
If you are new to using sheep and lamb casings please note that because of the slim diameter they require more time to load onto your stuffing tube than other casings.  You will need  a stuffer tube that is 3/8" OD or smaller.
These are long casings.  Enough for 300 2-oz links.  Total filled capacity of

Pre-flushed
and packed in fresh salt brine.  Rinse in fresh water and get started making your favorite homemade wieners or breakfast sausages.  Just add your favorite seasoned meat.  Keep stored in cool place for up to 2 years after opening.  This size casing is .75 - 1.00  inches in filled diameter.  Store unused casings in refrigerator for up to two years.  This purchase ships via Priority mail.

Make sure that
your
tube is 3/8" OD diameter.  We have these tubes for sale in our store for most manual sausage stuffers with the 1 9/16" base flange and also the standard 2 1/16" base flange.
