If your shipment is going to a residential address, it is vital that you are present when shipment arrives. The Trucking Company will call you before delivery. Liftgate service is available by request.

In the event that damage is evident, BE SURE to note the damage on the trucking bill of lading and accept the shipment. Do not let the driver leave without noting the damage on the bill of lading.
