Unfortunately we can’t test it so it will be sold in unknown working condition.
Motor and gearbox do spin smoothly by hand so nothing appears seized.
We don’t know what the voltage is.
Some panels are missing.
We can’t find data plate so we don’t know the model or anything additional.
It will need a good cleaning, has some rust spots, mostly cosmetic.
What you see in pictures is exactly what you will receive, nothing additional is included.
It has wheels but they don’t roll and are stuck.
