inches high. Fitted with a No. 22 hub, it has a funnel-shaped cylinder and processes 16 pounds of meat per minute. A plastic feed stomper is included to maximize yield.
Durable to support high-volume use, the Hobart 4822-36 meat chopper's housing and legs are constructed of rugged stainless steel. This metal provides excellent resistance to rust and corrosion, and it's simple to clean. To expedite cleaning further, all its food-contact components are removable. For stability and to prevent sliding during operation, its legs are capped with rubber feet.
