    Hemmi No. 257 "Chemical Engineer" Slide Rule.
    Duplex.
    Celluloid on bamboo.
    23 Scales x 25 cm (10").
    11 math scales one side and 12 chemistry scales other side.
    The 257 was made from 1952 to 1968.
    Date code on this rule is TI (September
    1969).
    Rule is in excellent condition. No blemishes. Clean and white.
    Metal parts are clean and bright.
    Very little, if any, use.
    Beautiful slide rule.
    Slide and cursor operate very smoothly and easily.
    Hemmi hard cardboard slip cap case is excellent. Very few tiny scuffs.
    Manual in Japanese is excellent.
