This device is probably much better than Pilates as it targets the specific (problem) area for a longer period of time (chosen by the wearer) whereas exercise classes tend to focus on all parts of the body for the class duration and only the pelvic area for a short time.

Kegel Training:
The Flamingo makes a pretty straightforward but still effective vibrator. All you have to do is clench your muscles in time with the vibrations. Simple but effective. All the way along you're joined by a voice guide and she sounds like a real sweetheart. This may make the kegel training seem a bit gimmicky for some. Personally it endeared the Flamingo to me. I also found that the exercises were pretty effective. You really can't fault them.

:  I was actually pretty pleased that this was included in the app since I had been eyeing other kegel trainers. A female voice indicates when to squeeze and release your pelvic muscles in tune with the vibrations. I'm not going to lie, I've never done kegel exercises with such a toy before and found it surprisingly difficult to concentrate with the buzzing! Though the device does many things, this easily became one of my favorite functions.

To do this you have to use the

setting in order for it work with Spotify etc.
How far away from my partner can I operate the Device? I work away a lot, can I be in one country and my partner in another?
Yes, you can control remotely in one country while your partner is in another within the Chatroom feature in the Magic Motion APP. Pictures, voice and text messages can be also be sent if desired when remote control settings are enabled.

Troubleshooting: (more often than not most issues are down to human error, please see below & refer back to it should you need to):
Connections Issues: Recommendations if the Device and Phone keep disconnecting.
Please note that Magic Motion device does NOT sync nor pair directly through the Bluetooth settings on your phone
but through the Magic Motion App.
FOLLOW the steps
IN
the App to connect to the Device.
For iPhone with iOS version 13 or higher, please make sure the switch of [Setting->Privacy->Bluetooth-> Magic Motion] is ON.
For Android Phones, such as Samsung.
Please Ensure Location Services are ON.
Bluetooth connections on Android currently require Location Services to be enabled.
Please follow the guide when you install Magic Motion APP otherwise you should check your system settings.
If you have Bluetooth turned on and are still unable to connect to the device then try closing the App completely and restarting it. Once it restarts, attempt to connect IN the APP again. If that fails, uninstall the App and reinstall it and do the above.
