Compass #1321 12 in. Slide Rule w/ case, Japan

Description

This is a 12 inch Compass brand Slide Rule #1321, made in Japan. The slide rule itself is in like-new condition. The case shows wear. The strap that holds the case flap in place is detached on the right side (see close-up photo). The previous owner's name and address is written in bold black ink on the inside of the flap - see the fourth photo (for privacy reasons, I haven't shown the entire address).
