The item was purchased from a retail store liquidation lot.
It is in good condition, and working perfectly as should, however screw from the part that holds the head broke off, and the tip of that screw is stuck in there. We tried to take it out but with no luck, as we don't have a good drill to dig in the screw extractor.
This might be an easy fix, or not.  *Please note this before buying*
