    The Nearest Model now made is the Butcher Boy 500 (500 pound capacity), which retails for ,000. Today's 250s are mixers only and retails for about ,800.  This model mixes and grinds like the 500 model!
    We recently spoke to a Butcher Boy representative and he said this machine is in excellent condition - the unit needs is a mixing paddle which can easily be fabricated with all of the literature available on the machine. One of the nice features of these Butcher Boy machines is all of the specs and diagrams available.
