US BERKEL E-222 1HP COUNTERTOP MEAT GRINDER
Tabletop model with an output capacity of 1,200 lbs./hr.
Chopper, meat, bench style w/ #22 attachment hub, approximately 16-lbs capacity per minute, stainless steel pan and housing, open bowl w/ safety grill, 1/8" plate standard, 1-HP
A rugged and versatile grinder built to meet high volume demands. It is ideal for second grinds and smaller batch grinds when you want to replenish the meat case three to four times daily to keep the product at peak freshness. Restaurants find the grinder well-suited to preparation of "signature" burgers. A short feed screw produces less heat which increases the overall shelf life of ground products, thus improving the quality of grind without the loss of product color.
-Housing and product tray are stainless steel, feed screw is hot tin dipped; unit disassembles quickly without tools for easy cleaning
