Apple iPhone 5s 32GB Space Gray (Verizon) A1533 (CDMA/GSM) Scocshe Magnetic MagicMount & Ballistic Case.   It has always been in case with screen protector.  The phone is in really good shape with the exception of the battery.  The battery won't last all day, it charges fine, but doesn't last as long as it used to.  You will need a battery bank or charge sometime during day, if you are a high user.  I used it in my car with charger for guidance and work calls with Uber 2 years ago, that probably weakened the battery some.  I quit doing Uber back then and no longer need the second phone.  The magic mount is wonderful and makes the phone really easy to use on and off the mount while driving.  The ballistic case is very good at protecting the phone, even from falls.  The Scosche MagicMount has another plate with it if, you want to use it with another phone.  Please consider the weak battery before you buy because the phone and extras are being sold as is with no returns.
