Antique Johnson & Johnson baby dept. advertising sign reverse painting on glass

great old sign in need of some minor restoration. I would date this from the 1920s but this is just my best guess. does have some water damage and frame damage and some paint is coming loose in the right hand corner. meet blue streaked background with baby department Johnson and Johnson cut out and a gold paper background. could certainly use new cardboard on the back side and to be resecured. at this point I'm selling as is just realize it could use a little TLC.  hard to find these reverse painted signs with advertising. I believe this may have come from the Johnson and Johnson Estate in Chicago. probably near one of a kind. may have been in the corporate office.  overall great find that just needs a little love.
