One Lot of 8 Crochet Tutu Tops - Headbands - Tutu Waistbands.  Mix or match your colors from the list below.  These are 5.5-6 inches wide and 8 inches long.  They stretch flat to 12-14 inches.  The width is the unstretched waist and the length is the height(open ends). Our 4 year old son has a 20 inch-50cm waist and, to his disdain, they stretch to fit him but are tight.  They look better on a 16 to 18 inch waist and under.  Exact measurement may vary because it is, after all, stretchable crochet material.  They are made by several different manufacturers who don't all adhere to quite the same measurement standard.  Some colors may be a little larger or smaller than others.  Used for tutu tops, headbands, tutu waistbands, head wraps, etc..  5 and 12 Piece Lots are also listed.  Lots cost less.  See all listings by

The U.S. Postal Service increased rates again effective February 17, 2016, in addition to increases in 2015 and those on January 27, 2013 and January 27, 2014(3rd and 4th time in less than 2 years).  The 2013 increase saw shipments within the U.S. increase by 6% to 10%.  International rates, including to Canada, were hit the hardest with significant increases ranging from 51.5% to 67%.  Some of the international rates for smaller packages 7 ounces and under almost doubled while International Priority Mail packages over 4 pounds increased by as little as 15-20%.  The 2014 increase saw both USA and International rates go up around 5% to 6%.******
