    Perfectly transparent cellulose - will show the best side of the product. The cellulose casing smokes well and releases moisture.
    Clipped with loop on one side for your
    convenience. Comes with 50
    cellulose
    casings. The length is 15 inches and the diameter is 1.5 inches. Capacity is approximately 1lbs of meat per casing.
    Casings must be pre-soaked in 80-100 F degree water for 30 minutes before use.
