lb capacity casings.  Each filled casing is approx. 1" dia x 12" long.
Less waste.  Each casings will hold approx 12 oz of meat
.  Use your standard sausage tube for filling OR a larger 1 1/4" tube.  This is the perfect portion for gifts, back packing, travel or lunch.
Just add 20 lbs of venison, pork, beef, elk or your favorite wild game meat
.  String tied on one end.  Use your standard stuffing tube for filling.
25 fibrous casings that are 3/4 lb capacity each.
12 " long x 1.0" diameter each.
Made in the USA
.  Soak prior to use for 20 minutes.  Pre-tied on one end and open on the other.  After stuffing seal with string, tape or wire before cooking or smoking
