    This plates measures 3 3/16" across and 3/8" thick.
    Tubes are the sizes that you need for filling natural and fibrous casings.  The large tube is the correct size for large sausage like summer sausage, bologna, salami etc.  Tubes are 7 1/4" long.  Fits all common #22 electric and manual meat grinders by Hobart, Cabelas, LEM, Torrey, Universal, Alfa, Uniworld, MTN and most others.
