Narrow 21 mm size.  Edible beef collagen casings for narrow snack sausages like snack sticks, slim jims, pepperoni sticks etc.  Each pack has FIVE strands that hold 4-5 lbs of meat each.  Approx 48' of filled product each strand.  Traditional mahogany color.  Just slip the casing strand over your slim stuffing tube.  Requires the narrow 13 mm stuffing tube for these 21 mm casings.
These casings are fully edible and
easy to use
.  Fill with your seasoned meat and place in your smoker, oven or preferred method of cooking.  Our collagen casings require no preparation prior to use.  Just load and fill.  If this is the first time that you have used collagen casings you will see the difference in the ease of use.  Most national meat packaged processors now use the natural collagen casing instead of sheep or lamb.
